Relevant U.S. studies have also shown that the U.S. maritime, logistics and shipbuilding industry is facing difficulties is mainly due to the lack of competitiveness of its own industrial market.

CCPIT and CCOIC, on behalf of the Chinese business community, call on the U.S. side to respect the laws of market economy and the principle of fair competition, immediately stop the 301 investigation of wrong practices, and return to the rules-based multilateral trading system, and advocate that the business community of all countries join hands to cooperate and innovate, and strive for mutual benefit and win-win situation, and work together to safeguard the security and stability of the global industrial chain supply chain, and will also organize the industry's enterprises to carry out the legal defense, and together with the relevant upstream and downstream enterprises to participate in the U.S. hearing.
